1. Scope

This policy covers the website, accounts, public pages, custom systems, VIBEX Link, smart URLs and QR, files, integrations, APIs, and VIBEX-provided infrastructure. Customers remain responsible for their users, content, and configuration, without excusing VIBEX from its own duties.

2. Prohibited use

• Illegal content or activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or credential theft.
• Malware, harmful files or links, or deceptive QR/smart-link destinations.
• Spam, unsolicited communications, or unauthorized or unlawful scraping and data collection.
• Unauthorized security testing, authentication bypass, service-limit circumvention, attacks, or access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Intellectual-property, confidentiality, or privacy infringement, or publishing personal data without a lawful basis.
• Deceptive advertising, prices, product information, credentials, licensing, or outcome claims.
• Prohibited sales or transactions, or abuse of payment, invoice, refund, promotional, QR, or link tools.
• Unreasonable load, disruption, or unlawful harm to users, infrastructure, or another party.

3. Customer content and links

Customers must ensure destinations, files, offers, and prices are accurate, obtain required permissions, and test QR codes before printing or publication. A business using menus, ordering, or booking remains responsible for professional and commercial information, fulfilment, and end-user service.

4. Enforcement

On reasonable suspicion of a breach, VIBEX may request remediation, restrict content, links, or access, or suspend an account proportionately. Immediate action may be required for security threats or law. Enforcement remains subject to the agreement and applicable law, with necessary evidence preservation and lawful cooperation with authorities.

5. Reports and review

Send the page or account URL, a clear description, and available evidence to [email protected] or /complaints. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data. Account holders may request review and provide evidence of remediation or lawful use.
